The building site was excavated to take advantage or the best lake view. The garage was also custom designed with an oversized work area. The quality was wonderful down to the tiniest details. "We needed to have an addition built onto our house for my elderly
mother. We talked to another contractor and told him how we wanted it arranged & he didn’t want to do it that way because he didn’t like the way
it would flow. So a friend recommended that we talk to Travis and
when we explained what we wanted, his reply was that it was our house & we should have it the way we wanted it. He worked with us and drew up the plans. He gave us a bid & I must say that he actually stuck to the price quote that he gave us! We did add a few things that were not in the original bid, but that was on us, not him. Travis did such quality work, would not cut corners and finished the job in a timely manner. Yvette

We contacted you with little more than the wish to create an on-suite bath off our master bedroom and a lot of (sometime) conflicting style ideas. The first task was to solve a long standing problem with what we thought was a sunken foundation wall on the one end of the house. As it turned out, the problem was much more complicated and could have easily stopped the project in its tracks. He was able to give me an estimate that was spot on when he was there. At the time he was estimating on the bathroom he didn't know that he was interviewing for a whole house remodel. He got the job-a full house remodel. He stayed on budget. The job was done in a timely manner
